Macrete Ireland Ltd is one of the few truly independent precast concrete manufacturers within the UK and Ireland. With over 30 years' experience in the design and manufacture of a wide range of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete products and systems, Macrete is established at the forefront of the precast industry.
Many types of precast solutions are designed and supplied to the civil, rail, water, stadia, marine and agricultural markets. Using a superior distribution network we export products anywhere in the UK and Ireland.
We believe in developing strong long term partnerships with our client base. The majority of our clients place orders on a repeat basis and their satisfaction is fundamental to our objectives. We continually endeavour to evaluate the market place to increase market share and have experienced a steady increase in sales year on year.

RESOURCES
Based in Northern Ireland, we occupy a 45 acre site at Toomebridge in County Antrim. The facilities include:
* State of the art manufacturing plant and systems.
* A modern batching plant with waste management system.
* A QA testing lab where daily concrete strength analysis is carried out.
* Space is also available to allow for full trial builds of structures, and for storage purposes.
Macrete employ over 130 staff, all fully competent and trained to comply with all current H&S legislation.
QUALITY
Macrete operates its Quality Management Systems in compliance with BS EN ISO9001 and is third party certified by the British Standards Institute. All our products fully comply with the relevant British Standard Codes of Practice and the Department of Transport Specification for Road & Bridge Works.
The senior management are totally committed to strengthening and building on the existing company culture of business efficiency combined with employee benefits and concern for the wider environment.
WHERE WE ARE
Visitors are always welcome to the site at Toomebridge, where there is easy access to and from Belfast City & Belfast International Airports. Alternatively we can arrange transport for visitors arriving at either airport.
