The CEM approach offers clients the opportunity to realise renewable energy projects without the need for capital investment. REMS install the plant and finance the equipment. Savings accrued through the optimisation of systems is used to finance the project with a portion of the savings being offered to the client for a defined contract period. At the end of the contracting period the equipment is owned by the client.
