Established since 1999 Construction Register Ltd, provides a range of Insurance Solutions, including Structural and Latent Defects policies and small works policies to the construction industry throughout Ireland and have recently expanded their business operation into Scotland.

We have a dedicated and committed team of professional staff, who are here to deliver our services, and in association with an independent surveying practice have a full on site technical assessment in place, with regular building surveys carried out from inception to completion, providing a history of the build and therefore reducing the risk of possible future claims.

Small Works Policy
The scheme aims to provide members of the public with a list of registers builders who provide an insurance backed guarantee on the quality and standard of their work. The Small Works scheme will cover a large range of general and specialist building works including but not restricted to; Glazing, Electrical, Roofing, Joinery, Plumbers, Renovations, Extensions and Refurbishments.
