Stainless UK Ltd is based in Sheffield, the home of Stainless Steel. For over 15 years from our factory we have been supplying both standard and custom made products for a wide range of projects in both the UK and overseas. Over the years, Stainless UK have grown through investment in machinery, personnel and new premises. Stainless steel continues to grow in popularity as a construction material with its whole life cost benefit and 100% recyclablability contributing to towards more sustainable development. Stainless UK supply a full range of stainless steel products in Grade 304 and 316 material. These include: Grip-Bar Unique amongst Stainless UK products is Grip-Bar, a high strength stainless steel rolled threaded bar for rock anchors, soil nails, masonry and concrete fixing. Grip-Bar is made from cold drawn bar feedstock. It benefits from superior strength, whilst retaining the higher ductility associated with stainless steel. Grip-Bar has a proven bond strength and unique corrosion resistance. It is easily cut on site without damaging the thread form. A full range of accessory products are available. Rebar and Dowel Bar Stainless UK is a CARES approved company and hold large stocks of stainless steel ribbed rebar manufactured to BS6744: 2001. A full cut and bent service is offered. Dowel bars are made from plain round steel. They are cast or drilled into concrete and are used to transfer loads across joints in concrete. A full range of sizes are available. Dowel bars can be supplied cut to length and bent if required. Mesh Panels Stainless UK can supply a wide range of welded wire mesh for both construction and general engineering applications . All mesh is manufactured from BS 6744 material and fabricated to the requirements of that standard. Stainless UK has facilities to manufacture panels up to the standard 4m x 2m size. Threaded Rod (Studding) Stainless UK Ltd offer a comprehensive range of stainless steel studding. All studding is manufactured by thread rolling which increases the strength of the thread and improves thread performance whilst reducing galling. Studding is manufactured according to BS 6105 in grades A2 (type 304) and A4 (type 316). Both grades are available in strength classes 70 and 80. A full range of nuts, washers, couplers and plates in both material grades and strength classes are available Anchor Products Anchors made from stainless steel are particularly practical due to their corrosion resistance and ductility. Anchor types available include Grip-Bar, Threaded Rebar and Hollow Injection. Stainless UK can offer a full range of accessories for all types of anchor system. Pattress Plates Stainless UK Ltd can supply a wide range of pattress plates as used in the rail and building industries for many years. They are designed for use in areas such as bridge masonry, traditional brick arches and other building applications. Stainless UK Ltd are able to supply Pattress Plates made from either Ductile Iron, Stainless Steel or Mild Steel. Fabrications Stainless UK have extensive in-house production facilities include bending, punching, cutting, thread rolling, machining and welding. These allow the manufacture to order, of a wide range of fabricated products such as mesh panels, brackets, angles, ladders, platforms, railing and access covers. Stainless UK is able to provide a bespoke fabricating service to clients drawings and specifications
