Our Services
At SJ Geomatics we offer a professional, cost-effective, friendly and time sensitive solution. Our policy is to survey above and beyond our clients expectations. Projects will be issued by email, and DVD containing all drawings & photography as well as a hard copy in a glossy wallet for a clean professional finish.
Topographical Surveys
Surveys are carried out using calibrated Leica © instrumentation that can be used in EDM or ER modes, enabling us to survey points where no access is possible (up to 300 metres) together with ridge and eaves level of surrounding buildings as well as those on site.

GPS Surveys
GPS enables us to carry out large site surveys in a quick and effective manner, saving our clients time and money. SJ Geomatics © are licensed to download and copy OS data in-house and issue drawings to clients. Using Leica © 1200 RTK units, we can give real-time co-ordinates to local or national grid values enabling our clients to use our data for flood risk assessment or for inserting data onto Ordnance Survey plans.

Measured Building Surveys
Measured Building Surveys are becoming an important part of the planning process. At SJ Geomatics © we use the very latest software to ensure, we can issue very accurate floor plans, elevations and sections whatever size, shape or age of the property. Using a combination of PC Tablets, reflectorless instrumentation, Bluetooth Distos & Latimer CAD Theo LT software, we can guarantee a service that will not only be extremely accurate but also easy on the eye.

GPR/RFL Underground Detection
Underground detection GPR & RFL. With the very latest technology we have the ability to trace underground services in real-time, showing lines of manhole runs, electric, gas, cable tv and water pipes, all with depths. Services can be marked out on site and accurately plotted onto drawings giving clients the confidence to proceed with a project without any hidden horrors.
