All our timber frame project designs are carried out to the highest standards ensuring that they meet TRADA and NHBC Certification.
Our expertise spans across the construction industry from all forms of residential developments, social residential schemes, offices, nursing homes, multi- storey apartments, student accommodation, schools and bespoke one off structures.
Kit-CAD Ltd works closely with each individual client to tailor all our design packages to suit exactly the customer's requirements from all angles such as presentation, factory setting out information, cutting lists, working drawings and all relevant information for kit erection.

If necessary we will also attend design meetings with our clients to provide support and advice on their behalf for schemes that might need a higher degree of project management and programming to meet the particular schemes needs.
With an extremely experienced understanding of the manufacturing and construction processes this allows us to deliver a superior and advanced innovative result. This, coupled with the use of the latest Timber Frame design software, allows us to tailor the whole design to an individual client for a comprehensive bespoke product.
