IMS provide controlled and managed Broadband Internet Access to Multi-tenant Apartment Complexes and housing developments. We use cutting edge, secure technology through firewalls and bandwidth management software to ensure high speed, high quality, risk free Internet Access. Residents then have the choice to subscribe online to enhanced services within their own apartments.
IMS provide Television Distribution Systems in the form of Free to Air and Integrated Reception Systems. Through a Free to Air System, IMS distribute a number of channels as standard into the living rooms and bedrooms of a complex. The IRS distributes signals to every apartment or house without the need for satellite dishes everywhere. This enables tenants to Plug and Play Sky, Sky+, Sky HD or other foreign satellite boxes.
IMS provide Software Based Access Control Systems ensuring secure and user friendly solutions for apartment complexes. Each resident requires a Single Fob to gain entry to the complex, their apartment door, or other common areas. These fobs eliminate the need for keys and can be programmed or deleted as required with added security benefits such as Audit Trail, Emergency Opening and fob expiration. |  |
IMS provide a telephone extension to each apartment. These telephones are enabled for free incoming calls, and also double as the handset for the Intercom System. Each apartment can call another by simply dialing the appropriate apartment number. This also enables onsite or off-site management to contact each tenant directly. If tenants would like to call outside the building, they can purchase a pre-paid telephone call card. There are no connection or disconnection fees and no telephone rental charges to collect from tenants. This system will eliminate any outstanding bills issues for the management company, if the tenant moves out. Tenants also have the choice of subscribing to a Voice Over IP Connection or a standard telephone connection.
We integrate our CCTV System with our Television System to provide residents with pictures from the Front Door of their Apartment complex. This added security feature is very popular with all of our clients. The benefits of a CCTV system include in prevention of theft, vandalism, and any other losses that occur due to lack of supervision. The ever-watchful eye of a CCTV system is your reliable, round the clock security, indoors and out.
