Miniveyor, the world's favourite portable conveyors, are a powerful, man portable and robust mini conveyor system that is used on thousands of projects worldwide for mining, construction and tunnelling.
The Miniveyor portable construction conveyor, designed originally for basement and cellar excavation, has proven itself in thousands of applications worldwide and is built for a tough and demanding environment. Miniveyor™ is corrosion free with a stainless steel and aircraft grade aluminium construction. The drive motors are sealed to IP65 standard. The impact resistant control box is waterproof and the motor is protected by a thermal overload circuit to guard against damage. They couldn’t be built any tougher! Unlike other conveyors out there, every part of the Miniveyor system has been designed with safety in mind. The control box circuit is 24V AC and has a monitored loop safety system to prevent electrical problems. The drive units and tail roller are contained within the frame offering NO pinch or nip points and the belt edges are protected under guard. If you are choosing a portable conveyor system make sure it matches the Miniveyor standard.
Manufactured in 3 and 4.5 metre lengths and weighing only 73 Kg for the 3m unit, they can be carried into position and set-up in minutes. A composite core sandwiched between stainless steel plate’s means they are structurally strong while light and durable. The units stack and lock for easy mobility and no special transport is required. Miniveyor™ has a small footprint and does not take up valuable storage space unlike other bulky conveyor systems. 30 metres of conveyor can be stored in an area only 300 cm long by 80 cm wide and 120 cm high.

Where fumes, smells or dust occur, the Miniveyor Air vane axial fans can move contaminated air out of the building or confined space. They effectively exhaust fumes, ventilate confined spaces, and increase the flow of fresh air. The VAF fans can also act as blowers, moving clean dry air into a building that has been flooded, moving the damp, humid air out.
