Conservation
Atelier 3 Ltd believes that historic buildings and their surroundings are a unique and irreplaceable statement of time. We therefore believe conservation requires specialist knowledge and attention to detail. The team at Atelier 3 Ltd have many specialist contacts. This knowledge ensures the quality, sustainability and the aesthetics of construction work. We pride ourselves in providing a variety of services from a traditional conservation project to a contemporary extension, to a listed building or rural barn conversion.

Atelier 3 Ltd can draw upon experience from feasibility studies through to completion on schools and colleges. We prefer a hands on approach to develop the brief. We believe a successful project requires the involvement of all interested stakeholders from the education community, parents and importantly the students.

Healthcare
Atelier 3 Ltd’s experience of healthcare projects has been gained by providing Architectural Services for a number of significant new build and refurbishment projects for Primary Care Trusts and Acute NHS Trust Hospitals.
