Under floor heating features high energy efficiency and no maintenance and has several advantages as an alternative to conventional central heating.

Power Flushing
Power flushing is cleaning rust and scale debris out of radiators, pipes and boilers as thoroughly as possible using all means available and will guarantee the efficient operation of a central heating system. Power flushing a central heating provides long term protection. The power flush process includes a power flush machine, power flushing magnetic filter, chemicals, heat, surface temperature readings, vibration and corrosion inhibitors. Often it may also include checking for and clearing blockages (e.g. cold feed), attempting to clean the hot water side of combination boiler plate heat exchangers, divertor valves, thermistors and trying to reduce boiler kettling.
Landlords Gas Safety
By law all landlords are responsible for the safety of their tenants. All landlords must ensure that gas appliances are working correctly and guard against the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Landlords must ensure all gas appliances are serviced regularly and Gas Safety Inspection is carried out annually. SP Corke can carry out a Gas safety inspection for your property, test all appliances for gas soundness, pressure at test points if available. Burner pressure / gas rate, satisfactory ventilation, test flue flow characteristics, flame failure device effectiveness, presence and effectiveness of stability brackets and appliances installed to manufacturers safety requirements.

City & Guilds Qualified
I have been City and Guilds qualified since 1990 and can do all of your general plumbing and heating maintenance work. Anything from a tap washer to a full gas fired heating system. I normally work within a 20 mile radius of Sudbury Suffolk.
Gas Safe
I am on the Gas Safe Register so can install, service and maintain all your domestic gas appliances including; Central heating boilers, cookers, fires, and water heaters. I can also design and install heating and hot water systems to suit any household requirement.
