K11 SystemSovereign Hey'di Kl 1 is an alkali-resistant synthetically modified cement which is mixed with Sovereign SBR Bonding Agent and water, producing a waterproof coating against both moisture and hydrostatic ground water.
The chemicals in the slurry react, penetrate and fill off or block the capillaries, bonding onto the prepared surface.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
K11 is used for the positive and negative waterproofing of below ground structures such as cellars, underground car parks, swimming pools, service tunnels, potable (drinking) water tanks, garage inspection pits and lift shafts.
- Tanking around bund walls (for storage tanks)
- Tanking above ground level where a chemical damp proof course is not a practical proposition
- Tanking above ground level to prevent penetrating damp
- Tanking Koi Carp or fish ponds
- Tanking garage inspection pits
- Tanking lift shaft wells
- Tanking and tiling swimming pools and rectification of flood damage
Cavity drainage | Cavity drainage membrane for use on walls and floors, as a waterproof system. A choice of finishes are available. Can also be used externally for waterproof protection of sub-ground structures. |
 | Dimpled sheeting with plastic mesh welded on, suitable as a damp-proof base for plaster or shotcrete, e.g., as a seepage layer in tunnel construction, or for repairing basements internally. |
