The company was formed by Mark Rowe; A highly experienced Dryliner and Fixer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Having traded successfully as a labour only subcontractor within the UK, Mark made C.A.P.S. a limited company in the summer of 2002 and since then we have gone from strength to strength. Our head office is based in Warrington in Cheshire, allowing us to work with clients from a broad geographical area incorporating, but not limited to, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire.
The work that we have undertaken includes a wide variety of different projects, including new build Homes and Business Premises. We have also been contracted to work on projects involving Hospital new build, Commercial properties and Casinos.
We believe that the high standard of our previous projects and the expertise of our staff allow us to deliver a quality product and we hope that you will find this evident by browsing through our website.
