Chris Partington Land Surveyors have been established since 1989.
Based in South Manchester we operate nationwide providing an accurate and reliable service for our clientele.

We employ a number of survey teams who are all professionals with varying degrees of experience enabling us to select the most appropriate team for the specific type of survey work required.


Topographical Surveys
We undertake detailed surveys nationwide using the latest Leica equipment, from large industrial estates to small gardens for private individuals. Surveys are undertaken to specific requirements and are issued in either 2D or 3D formats. We offer a number of services once the site survey is completed such as post demolition surveys, coordinate calculations and setting out of piling, steelwork or building foundations.

Boundary Surveys / Disputes
Re-establishment of boundaries in accordance with deed plans, Land Registry and Ordnance Survey plans with highly accurate area calculations.

Measured Building Surveys
Commercial or private property? Utilising the latest equipment linked to handheld computers we provide detailed elevations and floor plans.

Engineering Services / Setting Out
We have experienced staff who undertake all aspects of site engineering and setting out. Calculating coordinates, setting out house plots etc.

Digital Terrain Modelling
Volumetric calculations, (cut and fill exercises), Landfill Sites, 3D modelling, Cross Sections.

GPS
Using the latest equipment we can provide coordinated surveys related to the Ordnance Survey.
