A UNIQUE SERVICE
As with all projects, we consider it essential from the outset that a thorough, expert survey be carried out by our own engineers to discover all the problems and their causes before the work of restoration can proceed.

For this reason Church Conservation Ltd provide a comprehensive inspection service for the purpose of advising clients on the extent and cost of the work involved. In the case of spires and towers it is necessary that these inspections are made at high level. This can be carried out from a Bosun’s chair or ladders.

All inspections including a written report, together with an estimate of total costs for the work involved are presented to highlight the urgent priorities and where necessary a repair programme in order that available funds can be allocated accordingly.

Early remedial action will often avoid serious damage and avoidable costly repairs at a later date and conclusive evidence of the problems found.
