All our joinery is manufactured in our workshop in Lees, Oldham by a team of highly experienced and motivated time served joiners with over a 100 years of combined experience.
We are able to manufacture for large commercial projects such as office fit outs, bar, pub and restaurant refurbishments, developments or individual items for private clients looking for quality products for their homes.
Our ability to produce joinery items to the highest quality and specification has allowed us to manufacture for many heritage sites and listed buildings where matching to original details is essential.

Bars, Backfittings & Counters
Ferndale Joinery Ltd are experienced suppliers of bars, backfittings and counters to the leisure and commercial sector. We have supplied both traditional and contemporary bar designs for pubs, restaurants and hotels as well as more practical items such as reception counters for offices, leisure centres and hotels. We can create bars and counters in any shape or size to suit any requirements you may have.

Staircases
Our bespoke staircases are available in a wide range of individual styles and designs to suit any requirements you may have; to suit any location from feature hallways and entrances to small tight flights to loft conversions. They can be manufactured in hard or softwoods as straight flights to quarter landings and kitewinders. From modern closed string designs with square newels and spindles or glass balustrade through to traditional cut string oak staircases with turned newels and spindles, we can design and manufacture a staircase to suit your needs and to meet current building regulations.

Doors
All our doors and frames can be manufactured to your exact requirements in a variety of hard or softwoods, from traditional raised and fielded panelled Oak doors to more contemporary framed doors with glass panels, both internal and external. They are all constructed with mortice and tenon joints and wedges. No style or type is beyond our capabilities.

Windows
We are able to manufacture any type of window to any shape or size in both hardwoods and softwoods; Georgian, Victorian, sliding sash (on weights or springs), mock sliding sash, stormproof sash, or even custom designed all our windows are made to measure. Windows can be supplied with either beaded double glazed units or puttied single glazing, all our windows can be draft proofed and treated with clear preservatives or primed.
Ferndale Joinery Ltd also specialise in timber windows for conservation and listed buildings. We are able to match existing sections and moulds of any size.
