I, Tim Irvine, manage the site, and my wife Christianne Harland manages the office and me. Unlike large firms, you will always be able to contact us directly, and as we work so closely together, we are always aware of our clients needs and concerns. We have experience in the restoration of listed buildings and barn conversions, and also a complete range of large and small renovations, and extensions, with most of our recent work having been new builds. We are also registered constructors from King-span SIP (Structurally Insulated Panels) This building system currently offers the highest energy ratings. As a company we believe strongly in the protecting the environment and where possible build using materials that help both the environment and household bills. In addition, we recycle building waste to the best of our ability.

Connected to the internet for daily up-dated material prices, it allows us to offer estimates with a full listing of all materials, labour and services, allowing customers to see where their money goes at a glance. We include a work schedule to show when work will be done and a payment schedule clearly showing you when payments are due. We will assist you with building control requirements as necessary - no one-page quotes with a few lines and then the bottom figure.
