Ovenden Associates was formed in 1985 by D.R. Ovenden and since than has provided an increasing number of construction services to various clients. Projects have ranged in value up to £13,500,000.

It is increasingly a requirement of funders that a third party surveyor is appointed to monitor the implementation of project. The level of service varies with the sophistication of the Developers Team.

- Advising funders on warranties and guarantees required from various parties
