Whether you want to warm up, stay cool or just have a breath of fresh air, RS Air Conditioning puts you in complete control. With years of experience in the refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, we have the expertise to handle everything from consultation and installation through to comprehensive service and maintenance contracts, all designed to fit around your individual needs – including your budget.
Our ultimate aim is simple: To take away the stress, leaving you free to think about what’s really important to you.
Servicing & Maintenence You don’t have to have a service and maintenance contract with us, but it helps – and not only with the obvious things like cover for breakdowns. One of the main reasons we recommend it is, that it takes pressure off the client when it comes to maintaining warranty and complying with European environmental and safety regulations, in particular those related to F-Gas. The penalties for non-compliance can be severe – but leaving it to the experts provides complete peace of mind. It also means that you keep your system in peak fitness, avoiding potential breakdowns – as well as making it more efficient and cheaper to run.
Our Service When it comes to heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), RS Air Conditioning can offer the complete package. From the first point of contact through to completion, we provide a thoroughly friendly and professional service with no hassles, covering several basic areas of operation:
- Design
- Installation
- Maintenance
- Service.
Everyone is different, and we begin by listening to your requirements and tailoring the system around your individual needs. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest level of quality and value for money. We also understand that building work, or day to day business can’t simply stop. That’s why installation is undertaken with the minimum impact on the workplace – even if that means us working outside normal office hours. We appreciate you want to feel supported and keep your systems running efficiently, too. So, we can provide ongoing maintenance to avoid maximum cost efficiency and costly breakdown repair. We also offer regular servicing – including essential F-gas leak checks – to ensure your warranty remains valid and to keep your system in line with the latest European regulations.
Air Conditioning - What is Ventilation? Ventilation is simply the removal of ‘stale’ indoor air from a building and its replacement with fresh outside air. Its most obvious function is to provide a continuous supply of oxygen – we all need air to breathe, after all – but it has other advantages, too. It removes general products of respiration (CO2) and occupation, and replaces air that has become ‘flat’ (positively ionised, like the air prior to a storm) due to the effects of high levels of electronic and electrical equipment found in a typical office environment. Environmental We specialise in controlling and improving work environments – but we’re committed to the wider environment, too. This means dealing responsibly with potentially damaging materials used in refrigeration processes (see our F-Gas page), minimising carbon emissions and utilising technology with the highest possible COP (co-efficient of performance).
As an example, we have installed an Altherma air-to-air heat pump system in our offices – a simple but effective demonstration of how an energy efficient system can save fossil fuels and reduce services bills. We can help you get the most from your resources, too, minimising negative impact on both your immediate environment and the planet.
