Building Works:-
We are a general building company undertaking a wide range of projects including commercial and private contracts, up to £1,000,000. We understand ground works, building construction, structural steelwork, first fix and second fix joinery, plumbing and heating, and electrical. We work to high standards and to the latest regulations; our safety record is excellent and we undertake all aspects of CDM regulations as main contractors and sub-contractors.
Interior Works:-
Hotel refurbishments/shop fitting up to circa £1,000,000. We undertake all fit out works including joinery, decoration, tiling, plumbing and heating, shop fronts etc. We work on listed buildings and are aware of the problems associated with the planning and conservation compliance. At WB & I Limited, we are able to offer a full package under one umbrella. We work to latest regulations and CDM as above.
Our Services
WB & I Limited undertakes all domestic and commercial building projects nationwide. We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients from the initial pre-site meeting to the final completion of works, to ensure that our clients' needs are met to their full satisfaction.
