Exclusive Screens is a trading name and company formed in 2004 to better serve an increasing number of enquiries from customers, requiring flyscreens for their home. We hope you find our website useful.

If you are in the North East of England region, we can carry out a survey free of charge and entirely without obligation( if you live within 20 miles radius of Bishop Auckland ) otherwise we have to make a charge to survey ( the amount, being subject to total distance, will be advised ) BUT the fee is entirely refundable on a full fitting order being placed. We will bring samples and working models for you to see, accurately measure for the required screens and give you a fixed price quotation.

If you require a bespoke service but are located outside the North East region, we can arrange surveys and fitting quotations through associated reputable and trusted companies who act as agents in most UK regions.

Flyscreens for Conservatories
What type of screens are best for use in conservatories?
Windows
We recommend roller screens, face fixed, see model Unika; an excellent solution!
Roof lights / vents
See our special kit on model T10 page, or ask us to make one to your required size. Existing roof blinds can usually be adjusted to stop short of the flyscreen panel and, if required, your screens can be made with solar screen mesh.
Doorways
The favourite choice is the retractable roller type screen, side mounted , face fixed in single or double cassette version depending on size of your doorway.
Another popular choice for ease of use, maximum airflow and attractiveness is the anodised aluminium chain-link screen available in a wide range of colours and designs, see our chain-link options.
Depending on the design of the conservatory, it may also be possible to use a sliding door screen (see model 'Eazy'), but generally this model is only really suitable if the conservatory doorway is more like a Patio door i.e. with one fixed position glass panel on the existing doorway.
Eazy Sliding
The Eazy slider is a strong extruded aluminium system designed for commerical application featuring ease of operation, cleaning and access to existing windows. Two, three, four or more sliding panes can be housed in a continuous run up to 5 metres wide, with maximium height of 2.1m.
Sliding units can be fitted away from protruding handles that would otherwise obstruct some fixed frame systems. Very large windows can be effectively screened with the Eazy sliding system.
Individual panel ratio should not exceed 1:3 , width to height, ideally 1:2.5 . |
