We have a unique ''Onsite coordination model'' which is a combination of Offshore work and an on-site M&E CAD coordinator. The purpose of an on-site M&E CAD coordinator is to improve communication between client’s M&E team and our offshore M&E team. The on-site M&E CAD coordinator thus acts as a link man between the two teams and is responsible to understand the client’s standard M&E/MEP Engineering processes, QA procedures and communicate adequately to our offshore M&E CAD/Engineering team.
