Alurail Architectural is an established, rapidly expanding Shropshire based architectural metalwork company and an affiliate of Alurail International.
We specialize in the supply and installation of stainless steel handrails and glass balustrades, handrail systems, staircases, ladders, overhead glass canopies, balconies, aluminum and stainless parapet capping, column covers, fencing and gates.
Our products have been installed in various locations in the UK, Ireland and also overseas. Projects include offices, hospitals, schools, banks, football stadiums, airbases, multi-storey car parks, domestic and residential buildings, retail units, warehouses and factories.
Our expertise within this industry enables us to provide, if needed, early stage assistance and supply highly economical design solutions.
We work to BS/EN standards, CAD drawings are provided by our draughting technicians and we have a team of highly experienced site installation engineers.

Products & Services
Alurail specialises in the supply and erection of bespoke architectural metalwork products, these include:
Balustrade and Handrail Systems: Available in a variety of designs and finishes. These include mild steel and stainless steel handrail, DDA compliant handrails (nylon or timber). We also provide infills and wall rails to match.
Staircases: These are all individually supplied to suit site conditions. They are designed in house to fulfil any client requirements. All materials and finishes can be specified.
Overhead Glass entrance canopies: These can be single or multi-span units. We can either fit the glass onto existing structures or provide the complete package.
Juliette or Cantilever External Balconies: These can include the support structures and/or the balustrade. They can either comply with the client design or we can offer acceptable alternatives.
Roof Parapet Cappings: These can be supplied in either PPC aluminium or stainless steel and are available in a variety of finishes. They are installed employing a hidden fixing system.
Fencing and Gates: These come in a variety of designs from standard palisade or vertical bar types to ornate individual designs of a bespoke nature. We can also provide general pedestrian guardrails for pavement/road protection (conforming to BS7818).
Installation Staff and Supervisors: We provide experienced Engineers who are 100% CSCS trained, some with additional individual qualifications. They acknowledge all aspects of site safety and are expected to respect each site to its specific requirements. They are all equipped with the necessary PPE gear and any other equipment required for safe and efficient working. |
