In 1993 we acquired our current base in Ballinderry, Lisburn which is situated 4 miles north of Junction 5 off the M1 Motorway. (Moira roundabout)
In 1998 we started to manufacture portable accommodation units. We manufacture to the highest standards and to the exacting requirements of our many clients. We rent industrial units from 50m2 to approx 150m2, all fully service at our base in Ballinderry. We have been awarded agents for the world-renowned Solatube - the miracle skylight.
We believe we are currently in a good position to provide a first class personal service to all our customers.
Portable Accommodation
In 1998 we started manufacturing small to medium portable accommodation units. From our base in Ballinderry we manufacture good quality affordable units. Our design is unique to the industry. We manufacture to our client's individual requirements and place great importance on customer satisfaction. We manufacture a wide range of very durable units suitable for offices, computer and games rooms, living accommodation and work rooms such as hairdressing salons etc. We also manufacture toilet and shower blocks. We will only be too pleased to show you our units during construction. We can manufacture flat pack kits for home / site completion. This is especially suitable for areas with difficult access and reduces the cost of the unit.

The World Leader in Ceiling and Wall Cleaning
Acoustic ceilings are found in virtually every building in every country including Shopping Malls, Airports, Retail Shops, Schools & Universities etc. All ceiling tiles become extremely soiled from age, cigarette smoke, grease and air pollution. One solution to this problem is painting. Painting, however, ruins the acoustic values and lowers fire retardant levels of ceiling tiles. Another solution is tile replacement, but this is generally not a viable option as it is expensive, disruptive to business operations and does not solve the problem of grimy fixtures including grids, vents and lighting.
Our Solution is the Ceiling Pro cleaning process. Ceiling Pro solves all these problems economically and without disruption and downtime associated with other solutions. Ceiling Pro is a spray on solution and is non-toxic. The process is a one stage solution for most surfaces allowing a quick, easy and quiet operation.

Fire Protection
We carry our passive fire protection work to new and existing buildings. The performance of passive fire protection systems, in situ, will only be determined when a fire actually occurs in the building. It is therefore vital that the quality of materials and installation are assured.

- Fire Barriers and Fire Stopping within a building, in many cases are poorly executed or not done at all!
- Recent surveys have shown that many fire barriers are defective
- Many fire barriers that have been penetrated are not resealed
