SureTech Resin Bound Paving is completely porous. It returns all rainwater to the water table to comply with SUDS regulations, it is porous and allows water to permeate/percolate through the surface and beyond when a suitable base build up configuration for SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) has been installed.
SureTech Resin Bound Surfacing system provides a smooth, contemporary, attractive, hard wearing, low maintenance, porous/semi porous surface using a range of natural and recycled aggregates and recycled glass. The system is a blend of natural aggregates and clear resin. The aggregates are completely encapsulated in resin and trowel applied to the surface with an anti-slip finish. SureTech Resin Bound Paving is porous and very hard wearing and pleasing to the eye and is virtually maintenance free with no weed growth; the finished surface is a seamless bound paving system which is flexible and resistant to cracking.
Sustainable & Porous Surfacing - For a newly prepared driveway, we can use our eco-friendly SureTech Sustainable Surfacing. It can be laid straight onto packed-down hardcore, scalping [Type 1 stone or MOT 1] or crushed concrete and brick.
