Working right across the UK and Ireland, HCA provides design advice and quotations for all sectors of the industry including Architects, Building Services Consultants, Contractors, Public Sector Engineers, Facilities Management and End Users.
HCA supply Textile Ventilation systems for the food industry, retail, industrial and pharmaceutical sectors and have supplied to several well known names including ASDA, Dr Oetker, Wrigleys, Twycross Zoo, and Cadburys.

Most of which are available in any of the standard range of 9 stock colours at no additional charge.
Each and every system is designed from scratch and constructed to match that specific project application.
HCA understand the need for speed and flexibility within the supply and contracting environment and generally deliver systems within 3 – 4 weeks from approved design, but can in addition deliver the suspension system from stock earlier if necessary to facilitate progress on site – leaving only the duct to zip together and slide into position at a later date.
Designs are provided free of charge along with quotations and CAD drawings when requested. Designs always include input volumes, duct velocities, pressure requirements and velocity projections for the occupied zone – based upon mounting height and design ∆t.
HCA also understands the requirements for retail areas, Sport England sports hall standards and food production areas, as well as Swimming Pool conditions and most other environmental design or occupational requirements, and can tailor their advice and system design to accommodate most applications or projects.
