Since 2004 gas prices have risen by a huge nearly 90%. This means the average household gas bill has increased from £300 to £630 (Energy Saving Trust 2008). As gas prices continue to soar it is no surprise so many people are taking measures to add renewable energy technologies to their properties.
We aim to design and install your solar thermal installation to provide up to 70% of your annual hot water from a completely free, clean and sustainable energy source. There are other benefits too, research carried out by the Energy Saving Trust shows that home improvements incorporating energy saving measures increase the property value by up to £8,000 to £10,000.
However, one of the biggest advantages of solar thermal water heating is the ability to reduce the use of fossil fuels and thereby help limit the emission of harmful greenhouse gases.
