Commercial Electrical Testing

Daltech Electrical Testing specialises in all forms of electrical Inspection and Testing in commercial, industrial and domestic properties. We provide clients with an independent and unbiased report on the condition of the installation and recommendations on remedial works. All aspects of an electrical installation are inspected and tested for compliance with BS7671 17th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations.

All our engineers have the relevant qualifications, experience, expertise and competence to ensure all our clients’ needs are met in compliance with all regulations and Health & Safety.

We offer the following services..

Periodic Inspection and Testing
Necessary for the prevention and reduction in general wear and tear of items, corrosion, aging, excessive loading or misuse.

Electrical Installation Testing
Providing an independent inspection, test and certification of new installations, including a first fix inspection to ensure the installation meets BS7671 and appropriate Building Regulations, relevant to electrical.

Emergency Lighting Testing
Testing and installation of emergency lighting Systems in compliance with BS.5266.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
PAT testing necessary to keep your electrical equipment safe from shock, fire and other hazards.

Thermo Graphic Surveys
To identify overheated electrical systems, faults and potential fire hazards, with the electrical installation in full operational mode.

Load Testing
Load testing is a power analysis survey taken on your electrical distribution system. This is carried out over a prolonged time of a minimum 7 day period.
