We are a North West based Practice of Chartered Building Surveyors Regulated by RICS with extensive professional experience working in Chester, Liverpool, Wirral and North Wales. Our aim is to provide a personal and professional service in these areas.
We cover all aspects of Building Surveying from Expert Reports through to Full Building Surveys and Building Projects.

Surveys
The Chartered Building Surveyor has a sound understanding of construction & the defects that can occur. We ensure the continued confidence of our Clients by offering a high level of commitment and a personal service.
Projects
The role of the Chartered Building Surveyor covers a wide range of other services including Architectural Design and Supervision of Building Projects. As Chartered Building Surveyors we can carry out this role often by way of a single appointment, (making our services cost effective) and where it is required we will work alongside other professionals. We typically carry out Design services for Extensions, Conversions and Adaptations of existing buildings.
Building Maintenance
We deal with identification and diagnosis of defects, preparing schedules of remedial works including organising and managing repairs, including refurbishment and redecoration.
