Quinn Trusses was formed in 1994 as an extension of our main building supplies business and since then we have expanded operations and client portfolio to supply many of the largest and most respected property developers and building contractors in N. Ireland and the Republic.

Attic Trusses combine the speed of erection on site of standard trusses with the open plan nature of the ''traditional cut roof''.
Attic Trusses can give you up to 3 extra rooms in your house for relatively very little extra cost. Attic Trusses have three major advantages over the ''traditional cut roof'':
  1. Roofing a house, using attic trusses can be up to 5 times faster than using the ''traditional cut roof'' method.

  2. The speed of erection greatly reduces your 'on site' skilled labour costs. The purchase of the building site and skilled labour costs make up the bulk of your total building expenses. In terms of costs, building materials (including roof trusses) comes in, a distant 3rd place.

  3. Quality is guaranteed every time using attic trusses. Remember a ''traditional cut roof'' is only as good as the carpenter/joiner's individual skill & experience.


Timber treatment is a very cost effective timber insurance.
Quinn Building Supplies Ltd operates one of the largest vacuum treatment facilities in Ireland. The computerised control system ensures optimal treatment to hazard classes 1 & 2. We use the new generation of water based, environmentally safer chemicals.

Double vacuum, pressure treatment protects timber from woodworm, wet & dry rot & insect attack.
