Making the Planet Breathe We are sustainable architects who design innovative spaces from private spaces to urban spaces and neighbourhoods. Our goal is to create beautiful places at human-scale and within a landscape frame respecting the environment. Sustainability and innovation is the creative focus of our process, which includes a continuous collaboration with clients, consultants, manufacturers, developers, builders, members of the official departments and members of the public. We want to create a vision for the future that respects the environment and at the same time the progress of our community. Our practice includes people who through the years have specialised in modern method of constructions and sustainability. We include architects as well as technicians, CDM co-ordinators, EcoHomes, Code for Sustainable Homes, BREEAM Healthcare, BREEAM Education assessors, project managers and work closely with other consultants as needed. We understand that each place is unique and has its own character and qualities to make it a place where communities and single people will find their identity. What We Offer Services We offer full Architectural Services based on the RIBA stages A to L, as well as CDM Co-ordinator and EcoHomes, Code for Sustainable homes, BREEAM Healthcare, Education, Commercial Assessment services… Architects Our focus is the creation of space in three dimensions, with a full understanding of the role that architectural form, details of buildings, and character of streetscapes play in creating and reflecting the values of diverse, human-scale, and ecologically respectful communities. Health & Safety As Designers we make sure that Design and Risk Assessments are prepared in our design without limiting the design freedom. Project Management As Project Managers and Employer's Agent we will provide a co-ordination between the client and the designers, engineers, quantity surveyors and contractors. We will be managing the delivery of the project in terms of time, cost and quality. EcoHomes Assessment Sustainability is the biggest issue of our time. The environmental and social benefits as well as business benefits are increasingly apparent in today's society. As EcoHomes Assessors, we will assess your project and advice on how to reduce environmental impacts and associated costs, and comply with existing and proposed legislation.
