The complete property maintenance agent based in Derry/Londonderry. From painting a room to total house builds. Maiden City Property Services is a professional home maintenance company.

We provide a full landlord maintenance package that ensures your properties look their best for letting. We also look after those jobs around the home that you haven’t had the time to get to, or that piece of flat pack furniture you need built. We only use quality trades people, our gas engineers are all Gas Safe registered and we carry £1 000 000 worth of public liability insurance.

At Maiden City Property Services we know that to get your property let quickly and to keep your tenants long term your property has to be looking good and kept well maintained. This is why we have put together a maintenance package for landlords.

Property painted internally, (neutral coloured paint supplied)

Carpets shampooed

Cupboard doors repaired

Tile regrouting

Property cleaned

All this at a starting price of £395.00 for an apartment, £595.00 for a house.
We also do repair work on an hourly rate of £25.00 for the first hour or part thereof and £10.00 for every 30 minutes or part thereof after.

For a half day the cost is £65.00 and a full day costs £120.00. Other service charges can be negotiated upon the job size.

For the homeowner we offer our property services for all those jobs building up around the house that you are just too busy for and haven’t got time to get to.

Prices are £25.00 for the first hour or part thereof, £10.00 for every 30 minutes or part thereof after. Half day rate £65.00, full day rate £120.00.

Any work that will take any more than two days can be set at a fixed price.

Flat Pack Services You buy - We build - You enjoy
At Maiden City Property Services we will take the stress out of self build furniture. We provide a collection and delivery service and one of our tradesmen will call at your home at your convenience to assemble your flat pack furniture.

We deliver anywhere in the North West.
Within a:

15 mile radius of point of collection £20.00.

15 – 25 mile radius £30.00.

25 mile radius and over from £45.00.

Build rates for flat pack furniture:

£30.00 for the first hour or part thereof

£10.00 for every additional 30 minutes or part thereof

Letting Agency Services
One of the advantages of using Maiden City Property Services is that with one phone call to report the problem, we'll take care of the rest, from the general maintenance of a property to a complete renovation, we have it covered.

Our gas engineers are all Gas Safe registered and our electricians can provide you with safety certificates.

The big advantage to letting agents is that they too can use the Landlord Maintenance Package for the properties they manage, using us to do the quarterly maintenance inspections and repairs, giving them more time for other duties.
