Fibrefusion Limited is a manufacturing company making high quality composites and composite flat panels. We also provide subcontract waterjet cutting and CNC router machining services to a wide range of clients and industries throughout the UK and the world. We have comprehensive computer aided design and machining capabilities and we offer a manufacturing service for one off prototypes, small runs or full scale production volumes.

Abrasive Waterjet Machining – Fibrefusion offers a fast turn-around and cost effective cutting and profiling service suitable for shaping almost any material from foam or very thin glass to very thick steel or granite. Our machine has a 3m by 2m cutting area.

Composites and composite flat panels – Fibrefusion designs and develops products and flat panels from carbon and other high performance fibre reinforced resins for a variety of uses. The versatility, strength and aesthetic properties of composite materials lend them to a wide range of applications and environments. We have heated presses and ovens. Our products are used in industries as diverse as oil exploration, medicine, audio equipment, motor sport and yachting.

CNC router 2d profiling and 3D machining – With our large and modern Tekcel flat bed CNC router we are able to produce practically any shape in 2D or 3D in many plastics, wood and thanks to a very powerful spindle, composites and even metal. We use the latest in modelling and cutting software to cut and engrave simple regular shapes or complex 3D forms. This machine also has a 3m by 2m cutting area.
