CKA Architectural Consultants are a small practice offering a friendly service from offices in the Old Town of Eastbourne, East Sussex. Services offered include: Residential extensions, loft conversions, flat conversions new residential houses and flat schemes etc. commercial new build and renovation.
We work mainly in Eastbourne, Wealden, Lewes, Brighton and Rother districts, but we also cover a wider area.
Should you require, we have a long time working relationship with a number of local building contractors, so we have established, reputable suppliers working on each project.
We pride ourselves on remaining open minded and doing our best to get the right design solution to suit the purpose, lifestyle and budget.
Our range of services
At CKA Architectural Consultants we see our role as very much to provide each client with ideas and options. We always see the design process as a joint effort between client and ourselves, and strive to achieve our aims of:

- Striving to think laterally
- Remaining flexible and open to imaginative design solutions
We include our initial visit at no charge and use this to discuss feasibility, budget costing. This allows us to provide you with a written fee proposal and timescale.
About CKA Architectural Consultants
Our office is run on studio principle, where all designers discuss ideas to encourage free flow and innovation in all projects.
One of our strengths is the excellent relationship we have with planning officers. Indeed, in 2006 CKA accounted for 12% of all Planning applications submitted by Agents to Eastbourne Borough Council.
We always encourage clients and builders to visit our office at anytime, as part of our open door policy.
New clients are always welcome and many individual clients often return. Many companies also work with us on a regular basis as testament to our good customer service.
We recognise the importance of cultivating a close working relationship with other design professionals to maximise the potential/options on any given scheme. |
