Close, Granger, Gray & Wilkin were established in November 1992 and deal with a diverse range of aspects of residential and commercial property.
Our Client base is predominantly local to North Yorks and the Teesside area, although clients also range from as far north as Northumberland and down to London and Kent.
We provide an efficient service to our clients in both the private and public sector in the following areas:-

- Thermal Performance Calculations for conversion, extensions and New Build.
- Architecture, including Planning Design and Building Regulation Applications.
- Building Surveys, including defect surveys, damage surveys and structural surveys for mortgage or insurance purposes.
- Land Surveys, including boundary determination and site setting out and leveling.
- Structural Design and Detailing, including beam calculations for new openings and structures, foundation, wall, floor, and roof design, retaining wall design and detailing etc., including stability calculations on both structures and land.
