Under current environment legislation, spent fluorescent tubes, sodium lamps, PC and TV screens are classified as hazardous waste and must be disposed of correctly. We offer a complete service and do all the paperwork for you.
How We Work
We recognise that many of our customers are new to the process of recycling spent lamps and electronics.
Our objective is to make recycling as simple as possible, ensuring our customers can recycle responsibly without letting it interfere with their core business operations.
- Contact Us via our website or call 01953 451 111. Our experienced team will be happy to discuss your needs and recommend the most cost effective solution.
- When you’re ready, you can place your order via our website, by phone, fax or email.
- As soon as we receive your order, it's passed to our Operations team, who’ll send you an order acknowledgement, together with an anticipated delivery date.
- Within 7 days of placing your order, you’ll receive your (empty) recycling container and a consignment note which you should sign and retain.
- Place your recycling container in a safe, convenient location. Dispose of spent fluorescent tubes, lamps or electronics in the container, keeping it closed when not in use.
- When your recycling container is full, simply call the number on the label and we’ll arrange to collect it (you can order a replacement at the same time). Place the signed consignment note inside the container.
- On receiving your container, the contents are recycled in our licensed plant. We complete all the remaining details on the consignment note and return your copy. You should retain this as proof that your lamps have been recycled in accordance with EA regulations or as part of your ISO 14001 audit.
Handibag
For those who need to recycle all forms of electronic and electrical equipment such as computer screens, printers, microwaves and mobile phones (but excluding batteries).
The Handibag features heavy-duty plastic construction and is delivered via parcel post.

Multibox Service
Our unique Multibox service offers an efficient and flexible service for larger customers with volumes up to 12000 lamps annually.
We are able to tailor the number and distribution of boxes to meet your individual needs, so contact us today and one of our trained staff will call to discuss your requirements.
Stillage Service
In addition to our Multibox service, we also offer a full range of stillage and pallet services for customers who require a secure, bulk storage and collection facility on their site.
