The 1980s saw the expansion and development of the joinery side of the business, with the introduction of the supply of Shopfittings and POS units, thus adding to Chilfens portfolio of products.
In 2001 the relocation to our current facility meant that today we can offer a complete package for Bespoke Joinery including:
- Design
- Project Management
- Supply and Fit.

Production Facilities
Our modern 33,000 Sqft design and manufacturing facility is fully equipped with the latest technology. We are committed to investing in our facilities to ensure we stay at the forefront of our industry, meaning accuracy and quality are always delivered.
Our skilled team operate the latest CAD/CAM and Optimising software, and our unique numbering tracking system is used for every project we undertake. This ensures that we can deliver a quality product throughout the manufacturing process. Our in-house, purpose built spray booths utilise the latest Kremlin spray equipment to ensure all goods are finished to the highest standard.
Our multi-skilled and experienced staff have been with us for many years. We ensure that their skills are maintained and developed, and we are committed to undertaking apprenticeship schemes with local colleges.
Based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, our facility is strategically located for all major road networks. This means we can service businesses throughout the UK , with our own transport fleet delivering your goods safely and on time.
