From initial feasibility assessments to final completions Management Construction Ltd, incorporated in 1988, consistently delivered successful projects within clients' time frames and budgets until ceasing trading in 2009 owing to our retirement plans.

A man and wife business, Management Construction Ltd, was established in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, principally to deliver one stop commercial projects by a collaborative fee based management route.

The service was set up to compete with the regions Design/build and General building contractors. Although a relatively new concept in the UK in 1988, the route was adopted by our clients and competed successfully on both cost and delivery. Since 1988 collaborative procurement arrangements have become much more recognised and accepted by developers.

Apart from occasional minor commissions from past clients we are now essentially retired and relocating to new pastures. Management Construction Ltd, with its group of incorporated companies, is also retired (pro-tem) pending adoption.
