Project Details:
Old House Farm Chapel was built some 40 years ago. Over time, the raft foundations to the Chapel have suffered severe settlement due to compression of soft founding strata. Our solution to the problem was a combination of remedial masonry reinforcement, tie bars, local rebuilding works and the installation of screw piles to restrict future structural movement.
