Shepherd Construction Scoops London Residential Scheme |

Shepherd Construction has won a £27 million prestigious residential design and build project on Park Road in London on behalf of Pantelli Associates.
Shepherd is due to start work in April on the project at 127-131 Park Road, which will create 27 luxury apartments within an eight-storey building together with a two-storey basement car park.
Construction work will include extensive temporary work solutions to support an excavation programme that will go up to 15 metres deep and will border the busy Regent's canal and footpath, and the over ground section of the Metropolitan line to the rear of the site. The high specification of the building, which will include an integrated reception and home management system, will also require extremely complex M&E service provision.

Andrew Pantelli, Managing Director of Pantelli Associates commented: "This project has been in planning and negotiation for some time and we are excited that this has at last come to fruition and are confident that Shepherd Construction will provide us with a development to be proud of."
