VINCI Facilities To Complete Upgrade To Decent Homes Standard |

VINCI Facilities has been awarded the Decent Homes contract from London Borough of Harrow to complete upgrades to homes in the west area of the borough.
The three month contract, worth approximately £1 million will see VINCI Facilities undertake maintenance work to improve the quality of the kitchens and bathrooms in around 150 homes, as well as completing a smaller number of re-wiring works. All work is due to begin at the start of April, with a completion date of mid July.

Our experience and expertise in asset management will ensure we deliver high quality and efficient upgrades. As the homes will be occupied during the upgrades, we believe our careful and considerate approach will ensure the work causes as little disruption as possible to the residents."
